Rules"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As of: November 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the dealers, the visitor\nrules and some special dealer rules apply.&nbsp;Dealers and their helpers must\nadhere to the rules of the merchants.&nbsp;By applying as a dealer you agree\nwith the following rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Details regarding the\nconstruction, the parking and other important information we can announce\nshortly before the beginning of the event.&nbsp;We will send you an e-mail as\nsoon as we have all the information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the above rules\nfor visitors, the dealers must also follow the instructions of the organization\nregarding their booth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If traders violate these rules\npermanently or to a particular extent, it may lead to a reprimand from the\nevent without financial compensation.&nbsp;The Orgateam makes the final\ndecision in this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachtlicht Con does not provide\nany information regarding the amount of visitors or the supposed profit for a\ndealer in advance.&nbsp;Merchants must purchase a ticket through the regular\nticketing system that grants them the right to operate a booth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Orgateam tries to make sure\nthat the setup is possible on the eve of the event.&nbsp;However, we have no\nsecurity from the youth hostel.&nbsp;We will still make every effort to make\nthis possible and inform you early on whether the eve can be used by the hour\nto build up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hostel offers limited\nunderground parking spaces for a fee, these are open to all visitors.&nbsp;The\nstreet in front of the hostel has plenty of parking but is often\novercrowded.&nbsp;The sidewalk in front of the hostel must not be used for\nloading and unloading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions for a booth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply for a booth (also\nreferred below as a table), a dealer ticket must be created.&nbsp;It can be\nchosen between a half and a whole table.&nbsp;The table is assigned to the\ndealer by the Orgateam.&nbsp;The transfer of the stand to another dealer or the\nexchange of the tables is prohibited, as long as it was not discussed with the\nOrgateam before the start of the Con.&nbsp;The dealer ticket includes a visitor\nticket in addition to the table, so every dealer counts as a visitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the sales items should\nbe related to My little Pony (minimum 80%).&nbsp;If further articles are\noffered, they should be interesting for the visitors and suitable for every age\ngroup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following articles may not\nbe offered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Articles\nwhose sale is not permitted in Germany.&nbsp;This leads to the immediate\nexclusion from the event and a call to the police.<\/li><li>Any\narticle that is offensive, violent, sexually suggestive, or suitable only for\nan adult audience.<\/li><li>Any\nitems that are edible or drinkable.<\/li><li>Any\nitems that can damage the venue, especially liquids that may leave stains.<\/li><li>Dangerous\nor illegal articles, for example:<ul><li>Any\nkind of realistic imitation of a firearm<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Airsoft\nor Paintball Guns<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Toy\nrifles or pistols<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Foam\nrifles or pistols (such as NERF pistols)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Bladed\nItems, this also includes pocket knives and Multitools that have a blade<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>laser\npointer<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Any\nitems that are already classified as prohibited in the visitor rules<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The decision as to whether an\narticle may be offered at the event is up to the Orgateam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dealer ticket<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each dealer ticket consists of\nthe following components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A table\nor a half table, the table size is 1,40m * 0,70m<\/li><li>2\nchairs per whole table, 1 chair at half a table<\/li><li>An A4\nsign with the name of the dealer<\/li><li>A\nprinted bag and an extra goodie bag<\/li><li>Earlier\nentry to the event for set-up<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no separate ticket for stand helpers.\u00a0Stand helpers can come in with a regular day ticket, you&#8217;re allowed to take one stand helper per booth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend bringing your own\ntablecloths or shelves, but they must not be set up in the corridor or on\nescape routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>We will\ntry to distribute the tables in such a way that we meet all requirements (eg\naccess to a power outlet).&nbsp;It is possible that not all requirements \/\nwishes can be met.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Dealers\nmust ensure that no build-up of their booth can endanger a visitor&#8217;s\nsafety.&nbsp;It should not fall down or have sharp edges.<\/li><li>Nothing\nshould be attached to the walls, floor or ceiling<\/li><li>Furniture\nmust not be moved without consultation with the Orgateam<\/li><li>Articles\nmay also be placed in front of the table as long as sufficient space is\nprovided for visitors in the hallway.&nbsp;Roll banners and beach flags have to\nbe set up behind the tables.<\/li><li>Any\ntripping hazards are not allowed.<\/li><li>The\nOrgateam has the right to ask the dealer to move items of his table to a\ndifferent location if they pose a potential danger.<\/li><li>Traders\nmay only use the power outlets assigned to them by the Orgateam.<\/li><li>If the\nOrgateam asks you to remove something from a power outlet, you must follow this\ninstruction.<\/li><li>Electrical\narticles that are annoying (e.g. due to loud noises, light or vibrations) are\nnot allowed.<\/li><li>Speakers\nare not allowed.<\/li><li>Electrical\nappliances intended for heat generation or cooling are not allowed.<\/li><li>In the\nevent of a fire alarm, the building must be left quietly but quickly through\nthe nearest emergency exit.&nbsp;Items of the dealer&#8217;s table should be left\nthere to ensure a quick evacuation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration and\nadmission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>All\ninformation regarding registration, entrance and parking will be sent to all\ndealers via e-mail shortly before the event.<\/li><li>Before\nset-up you must first be registered with the Orgateam.<\/li><li>The booth\nmust be ready before the visitors enter.&nbsp;Please refrain from bringing in\nor out articles in larger quantities during the event.<\/li><li>You are\nresponsible for transporting your items.<\/li><li>You are\nresponsible for ensuring that the table will be left as it was when the event\nends.&nbsp;The Orgateam is not obliged to help you with the dismantling, but is\ncertainly ready to support.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security and\nliability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You are responsible for\nensuring that no damage, loss or theft occurs at your booth.&nbsp;The Orgateam\ncan not be held responsible.&nbsp;You are also responsible for your personal\nvaluables.&nbsp;We recommend that your booth is always staffed and that you pay\nclose attention to the cash register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advertising<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you advertise the Nachtlicht\nCon within your own channels, please pay attention to the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The\nevent is named &#8218;Nachtlicht Con&#8216;<\/li><li>Link to\nour website &#8220;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nachtlichtcon.de\/\">http:\/\/www.nachtlichtcon.de<\/a>&nbsp;&#8222;,\nnot to our ticket shop<\/li><li>Do not\nmake the impression that you are part of the Nachtlicht Con organization<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contacts and\nfurther information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dealers can contact us under\nthe e-mail address mail@nachtlichtcon.de with the subject
